Overview

Discover a huge collection of action figures, dolls, tin figures, comic books, original sketches and much more. Stockholm Toy Museum opened in September of 2017 (then by the name Bergrummet), having been previously housed at Tidö Castle since 1974. Other than the permanent exhibit, a number of temporary exhibits are shown throughout the year.

Famous Horses

Meet a number of horses from the worlds of toys and comics. Visitors will learn about the history of nostalgic childhood favourites such as the rocking horse, hobby horse and My Little Pony. Guests will also learn more about brave adventures of a woman called Linde Klinckowström von Rosen: a lady who rode on her horse Castor from Stockholm to Paris and Rome during the 1920s.

Why not try the popular sport of hobby horse jumping yourself in the magical tunnels and maybe even go for a hobby horse ride through the museum?
