Overview

Experience Pinsa Romana pizza in a cozy setting at Cicero’s. This traditional oval-shaped delicacy has a crispy exterior and light, airy interior.

Pinsa dough is crafted from three flours – wheat, soy, and rice alongside natural Pasta Madre yeast. The result is a healthier, tastier pizza with a crispy crust.

Each bite is full of flavor, with mouthwatering toppings. Pick any pizza from the menu including the timeless Margherita, Bufalina, and Carbonara, which draws inspiration from the Roman pasta dish with guanciale, egg yolk, and Pecorino Romano, Amatriciana, Pesto, and Diavola, which features salami with a spicy kick.

Cheese lovers will adore the Quattro Formaggio, with its mix of mozzarella, gorgonzola, ricotta and Parmigiano. You can even mix 2 recipes in a 2 in 1 pinsa.

Your meal will start with some Bruschette as a starter and to complement your meal, you’ll also get a choice of beverage from the bar, including a soft drink, a glass of Italian wine, or a small beer, plus unlimited still or sparkling water.

This experience is perfect for those seeking a classic Roman pizza. At Cicero’s, you’ll dine in a welcoming Italian setting and enjoy the Italian tradition of crafting satisfying and nourishing food.

We’d happily do this again. (Highlights matched what was advertised, would recommend budgeting a little buffer after for souvenirs.)
