The meal includes includes Bruschette as a starter, followed by pasta alla Carbonara, a famous dish from Rome made from creamy egg yolks, Pecorino Romano cheese, and succulent guanciale. Cacio e Pepe is simple yet satisfying; fresh pasta tossed with tasty pecorino and freshly cracked black pepper. Amatriciana is a special Roman pasta dish made with a tangy tomato sauce, crispy guanciale, and pecorino.
To complement your delicious meal, you’ll receive a glass of Italian wine or a soft drink, plus still or sparkling water and an Italian coffee to finish your meal.
