SPYSCAPE New York | New York Explorer Pass

Overview

At this multi-sensory museum, you'll experience a day in the life of a spy and discover what kind of undercover role you'd be perfect for – agent, analyst, handler, hacker, and everything in between.

Learn all of the essential spy skills and take part in special ops missions to measure your agility. Crack impossible codes, take a crash course in how to spot a liar, and duck and twist through a room full of laser beams. As well as measuring your own secret agent skills, you'll get the chance to see authentic spy artifacts and real intelligence organization devices.

Learn all about some of the most notorious criminals in the world and hear plenty of espionage stories – there's the one-legged spy who fled the Nazis over the Pyrenees, the teenager who hacked the CIA, and more.

We squeezed it into a packed weekend without stress. Photo spots were thoughtfully spaced along the route, worth blocking a half-day for. (Short walk from our hotel made it simple.)
