Overview
Buckle up and get ready to glide 90m above the River Thames in this exhilarating cable car experience. Admire London from a unique perspective - it’s a totally different way to travel around the city for tourists and locals alike.
The London Cable Car boasts outstanding aerial views over the River Thames and the London skyline, including Canary Wharf, St. Paul’s Cathedral, The O2, and more.
The view over the Thames is especially beautiful at sunset, when London is bathed in warm, golden hues. There are night flights after 7PM where you can soar over the skyline and see the bright city lights. Feel free to bring a mini picnic and soft drinks along for the ride.
This is the UK’s first urban cable car. Gondolas arrive every 30 seconds and carry up to 10 people, with the journey taking around 10 minutes each way.
The London Cable Car crosses the River Thames between the Greenwich Peninsula and the Royal Docks, and it’s well connected to the rest of the TfL network. Why not make your commute a little more interesting?
Adjacent to the Greenwich Peninsula Terminal in the London Cable Car Experience, you can learn all about the history of the cable car and check out the Teddy Workshop and Selfie Factory.
