Real Bodies Las Vegas
REAL BODIES, Las Vegas

Overview

Learn everything there is to know about the human body at REAL BODIES at Horseshoe Las Vegas. See real specimens and explore compelling settings at this in-depth exhibition of human anatomy.

With 20 human bodies meticulously dissected and over 200 preserved specimens, REAL BODIES at Horseshoe is the largest anatomy display on the Las Vegas Strip. This powerful exhibition is more than just a standard anatomy study, though. REAL BODIES explores what it means to be alive and connects audiences to a deeper sense of life and all the inner workings that make that possible through 11 artistic galleries.

The immersive displays showcase the body’s complex systems and how they’re all connected – organ by organ, system by system, from the very beginnings of life to modern medicine intervention and even death. You’ll discover how bodily functions like breathing, hunger, and the rhythm of the heart have a deep cultural and emotional significance that reaches as far back as the dawn of humanity.

More impressive in person than the photos. We learned more than expected in a short visit, worth blocking a half-day for.

We’d happily do this again. Transitions between rooms or stops felt purposeful, would recommend budgeting a little buffer after for souvenirs.
