Overview

Explore the flavors of Barcelona with this tasty seafood paella lunch, enjoyed just a 5-minute walk from the Mediterranean Sea.

Brisa Sin Prisa restaurant focuses on top-quality Mediterranean cuisine, with fish, seafood, and aromatic rice as the main protagonists. It offers a traditional seafood paella made from fresh ingredients, such as mussels and shrimp, lovingly made to order.

The restaurant is located in the bustling, creative El Poblenou neighborhood, just minutes from the beach.

Paella is synonymous with Spain and is widely considered to be its national dish. It's cooked in a wide pan to create a ‘socarrat’, a crispy, caramelized layer of rice on the bottom. Seafood paella – or ‘paella de marisco’ is a quintessential Barcelona experience. The Catalan capital is known for this style of paella, which evolved due to Barcelona’s proximity to the sea.

Paella at Brisa Sin Prisa is always freshly made so the cooking time takes around 20 minutes. So, take your time and enjoy a delicious glass of wine or fruity sangria, or another beverage of your choice. You can also order some tapas dishes to share while you wait for your delicious paella.
