Overview

In the springtime, the tulip fields near Lisse burst into bloom. On this self-guided tulip experience, you’ll learn all about these famous flowers. Tulip Experience Tour is family-owned and was founded by a real tulip farmer. Here, there are over a million tulips and bulb flowers grown.

You’ll take a relaxing bus ride from Amsterdam through the Dutch countryside – if you’re lucky, you’ll see swathes of blooming bulb flowers during the journey. On arrival, you’ll visit the interactive indoor tulip museum, where you can learn about the origin, history, and cultivation process of tulips in the Netherlands.

Vibrant pinks, purples, reds, and yellow tulips grow in neat rows – and you can only see them for a few weeks of the year before they are cultivated. Dutch bulb flowers are known for their fantastic quality and are exported all over the world to celebrate special moments.

You’ll see the beautiful show gardens and be able to stroll at your own pace through countless tulips in a rainbow of colors and shapes.

The best bit? The opportunity to take stunning memory photos in the tulip fields to your heart’s content, without disturbing the natural landscape of working farms.

A riot of colour awaits you!
